Refund and Returns Policy

Every watch we sell is a unique pre-owned item. This policy explains what happens if something is wrong with your watch, and how returns work. Nothing in it limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
If your watch arrives faulty or not as described
Please check your watch when it arrives and contact us as soon as possible if:
- it is not working, or has a fault that was not disclosed in the listing;
- it does not match the description, specifications or photos in the listing; or
- it was damaged in transit.
Tell us your order number and what is wrong, with photos if you can. We will assess the issue and, depending on the problem, offer a repair, replacement or refund as required by the Australian Consumer Law. If you need to send the watch back, we will explain how to return it safely and insured.
Condition of pre-owned watches
Each listing describes the watch’s condition, including wear, marks and any known non-original parts. Wear that is described in the listing, or that is normal for a pre-owned watch of that age, is not a fault.
Change of mind
Change-of-mind returns are not a right under the Australian Consumer Law. Because each watch is one of a kind, we consider change-of-mind requests case by case. If a return option matters to you, please contact us before you buy so we can confirm what is possible for that watch.
Refunds
Approved refunds are paid back to the account you paid from (bank transfer or PayID). We will confirm the amount and timing with you by email.
