We ship pre-owned Rolex Datejust watches across Australia with full insurance, so your watch is covered from the moment it leaves us until it reaches you.

Insured shipping Australia-wide

• Every order is sent fully insured.
• Insured shipping is free on orders over $10,000.
• Orders under $10,000 ship by insured express for a flat $49.
• We currently deliver to Australian addresses only through the online checkout.

When your order ships

Payment is by direct bank transfer or PayID. Your watch is prepared for dispatch once your payment has cleared, and we will email you the tracking details when it is on its way.

Delivery

Because of the value of the items we send, someone may need to be present to receive the parcel. If you will not be home, contact us before dispatch so we can arrange the best option.

International orders

If you are outside Australia, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm shipping options, costs and any import duties for your country.

Damaged or missing parcels
